She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ericson and Mae Ericson (Johnson); her husband Raymond Ericson; her son David Ericson; her son-in-law Darold Vanderham; her parents-in-law, Alve and Anna Ericson; and her brothers-in-law, Eric Hedeby and Robert Ericson.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette Vanderham of Alcester, SD and Bruce Ericson (Patti) of Akron, IA; her daughter-in-law Nancy Ruhland of Akron, IA; her grandchildren, Tina Ward (Mark), Tracy Vanderham, Tim Vanderham (Marci Nessing), Chad Ericson (Angela), Gene Ericson (Kristina), Trent Ruhland (Nancy), Travis Robinson (Kristen Madsen), Jason Robinson (Letitia), David Ericson (Roni) and Damien Ericson; and her sister Joann Hedeby of Akron, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a public memorial service will be held at a later date at Union Creek Lutheran Church, rural Akron, Iowa.
