With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ann Patricia (Bridges) VanBeek of Akron, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 26, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Winifred Bridges (Searle); her husband Peter VanBeek; and her brother Norman Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Debbra Heyl (Barry Stahl) of Sioux Falls, SD, Russell VanBeek (Beth) of Aberdeen, SD, Robin Pitrello (Pat) of Green Valley, AZ, Lee Ann Wolf (Jeff) of Mapleton, IA and Grant VanBeek (Jodi) of Hawarden, IA; her grandchildren, Stephany Winston, Lindsey Dacy (Tim), Cindy Niederbaumer (Matt), Cristy Bunt (Brad), Jessica Wineland (Matt), Nick Hansen (Liz), Chelsea Jorgensen (Isaac), Ethan Wolf (Samantha), Karlee Seuntjens (Colby), Kenna Wolf, Lauren Wolf, Ashlynn VanBeek, Kendrin VanBeek, Braydon VanBeek and Emersen VanBeek; and her in-laws, Sandra Bridges of Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, Mary Ann Zhart of Alburnette, IA and John VanBeek (Sandy) of Irene, SD. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
