We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2020, at the age of 78, Susan Hazelett of Ainsworth, Iowa, born in Washington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Kennedy "Joe" and Gwendolyn Elizabeth Jones (Arthur); her parents-in-law, Hugh and Pauline Hazelett; her brother Terry Jones; and her brother-in-law Hugh Daniel "Dan" Hazelett.

She is survived by: her husband John David Hazelett of Ainsworth; her sons, Jared Hazelett (Amanda) of Cedar Rapids, Joel Hazelett (Angela) of Ainsworth and Jon Hazelett (Kelly) of Riverside; her brother Craig Jones (Judy) of West Liberty; her sisters-in-law, Maria Hazen (Ken) of Marshalltown and Marcia Boyer (Dan) of Santa Barbara, CA; and her grandchildren, Halle, Bryce, Brena, Olivia and Brant.
