He is survived by: his children, Roberto Vazquez of Phoenix, Arizona, Mark Antonio Vazquez of Kalona, Iowa, Jason Vazquez (Jaclyn) of Ft. Knox, Kentucky, Kassandra Marie Vazquez of Shalimar, Florida and Nadia Vazquez of West Liberty, Iowa; and his siblings, Sabina Vazquez of Chicago, Illinois, Catalina Vazquez of Washington, Iowa, Nicolas Vazquez (Justina) of Washington, Iowa, Candelaria Lopez (Jose) of Columbus Junction, Iowa, Martin Vazquez (Martha) of Bloomington, Illinois, Felipe Vazquez (Margarita) of Wapello, Iowa and Gloria Vazquez (Oscar) of Chicago, Illinois. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
