He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Schultz and Ethyle Schultz (Wilson); his wife Rita Wade; and his siblings, Ronnie, Steve, Howard and Sharon Gillis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Traci Vonnahme (Kevin) of Ainsworth and Robin Kiefer (Tim) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Roman, Cleo, Layne, Taylor (Tyler), Tanner and Kaige; his great grandchildren, Rylon and Parklynn; his brother George Schultz (Judy); and his sister-in-law Sally Schultz.
A memorial fund has been established for Ainsworth QRS and Hospice of Washington County.
