He is survived by: his girlfriend Rose Bixby of Ainsworth, Iowa; his sister Debra Hendrix (Michael) of Richland, Missouri; his adoptive daughter Shelly Oehlert (Steve) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his aunts, Charlottte Magdefrau (Richard) of Washington, Iowa, Donna Tyler (Gary) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Rhoda Lowe of Washington, Iowa; and his uncle Keith Reighard (Ruth) of Washington, Iowa.
