She is survived by: her parents, Gary Jacobs of Derby, IA and Mary Ann Storbeck (Michael Cline) of Grinnell, IA; her husband Michael Jay Cline Sr.; her children, Michelle Johnston of Ottumwa, IA, Megan Cline of Ottumwa, IA, Cierra Splettstoesser of Fort Leonard Wood, Hailey Chrisman of Davenport, IA, Avangeline Subsin of Ottumwa, IA, Isaac Plonski of Indianapolis and Michael Jay Cline Jr. of Ankeny, IA; and her brother Stephen Jacobs of Grinnell, IA. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
