She is survived by: her husband Raymond Smith of Agency, IA; her children, Richard Smith (Donna) of Agency, Debra Ritz (Rodney) of Batavia, IA and Vernon Smith of Agency, IA; her grandchildren, Tabatha Hartley, Courtney Waddle and Shelby Smith; her great grandchildren, Logan Able, Addison Able and Aelyn Waddle; and her siblings, Delbert Nordyke (Maryann), Ronald Nordyke (Carol) and Mary Day (Mike). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
