She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Irene Cook (Blauer) and James Wavel Cook; her husband Michael E. Smith; her daughter-in-law Diane Smith; her siblings, Marie Judah and Dick Cook (Marilyn); and her brother-in-law Gerald.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Smith (Janet) of Afton, Jim Smith (Dawn) of Afton, Terry Smith (Lisa) of Afton, Mary Ann Simington (Dan) of Pella and Nancy Allen (Tim) of New Market; her brother Jim Cook (Donella) of Creston; and her sister-in-law Iris Smith of Creston. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed and Family Strongly recommends masks.
