She is survived by: her stepmother Lavilla Louise Klos (Terwilliger); her daughter Connie Cunningham (Dave) of Afton; her grandchildren, Adam Cunningham of Afton, Amber McCarthy (James) of Elkhorn and Aric Cunningham (Erin) of Earlham; her great grandchildren, Easton, Irelynd McCarthy, Koen and Nora Cunningham; her siblings, Linden Terwillinger (Wilma) of Stillwater, Minn, Marvin Klos (Shirley) of New London, Sally Phillips (Wayne) of Murray, Cindy Hornseth (Ron) of Floyd and Deb Haymond (Dave) of Winterset; and her sister-in-law Brenda Klos of St. Joseph.
