He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Junior and Katherine Mae Blair (Duncan); and his son Tomas Blair. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Mae Smith; his children, Steve Blair (Kristi), Lori Lucas (Robert) and John Blair; his stepchildren, Esteban Leal and Amanda Blair; and his brothers, Robert Blair (Mary) and J. Martin Blair (Debra). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
