Carol G. Rutledge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol G. Rutledge of Adel, Iowa, born in Early, Iowa, who passed away on July 5, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol G. Rutledge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zaidee Stanford and Reitzell; her sister Barbara Jean Cowles of Jenks, OK; and her friend Judy Forsman of Adel. She is survived by: her brother Leon S. "Doc" Brewer of St. Paul, MN; her children, Scott of Adel, Barbara Raife (Ted) of Des Moines, IA and Jean Couch of Kirkland, WA; and her grandchildren, Patrick Rutledge (Brenda Trenter), Tim Rutledge, Thomas Rutledge (Sabrina), Dan Marshall, George Raife (Amy), John Raife, Annie Raife (Katy Porte), Megan Sprague (Isaac) and Michael Couch (Ishea). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Adel United Methodist Church.
