He was predeceased by: his parents, James Beattie and Darlene Beattie (Alden); his grandparents, Edith, Warren Thornburg, Stella and Louis Beattie; and his brother Gary Beattie.
He is survived by: his daughter Emily Wiggs; his siblings, Linda Boblett (Randy) and Kevin Beattie; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny Davis, Veryl Davis, Amanda Beattie, Alan Beattie and Adam Beattie. He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
