She is survived by: her children, Robert Wortman (Colette) of Urbandale, IA, Dolores Olsen of Wiota, IA, Darlene Grace of Adair, IA, Ronald Wortman (Pat) of Park Rapids, MN, Donna Wiedmann (Mike) of Norwalk, IA, Denise Ward (Brian) of San Diego, CA and Deanna Wortman of Johnston, IA; and her sister Lois Vandivort of Mountain Grove, MO..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Wortman family to designate to charities at a later date.
