The passing of Linda Jane Nichols of Adair, Iowa leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 76. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mangeldorf and Helen Mangeldorf (Wayne); her siblings, Nancy Lovell and Larry; her nephews, Danny and Jason Lovell; and her cousin Mark Lents.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Rangel (Tino) and Terry Nichols; her grandchildren, Crista, Megan (Jacob), Courtney (Carlos), Halee, Kiera and Kyler; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Jackie, Emely, Matthew, Aubrey, Bailey, Lilliana and Daniel; and her aunt Betty Lents (Jim).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home - Adair (804 5th St, Adair, IA 50002). A reception was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Adair Community Building (308 Stuart St, Adair, IA 50002).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Adair Fire Department and can be sent in care of Schmidt Family Funeral Home to P.O. Box 523 Atlantic, Iowa 50022.
