He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Bireline and Emma Bireline (Heckman); his parents-in-law, Charles and Dora Noland; his sister Marilyn Chesnut; his brothers-in-law, Ray Chestnut, Neil Lundy and Rex Noland; his niece Melody Rubel; his great-nephew Aaron Rubel; and his great-niece Stacey Carney.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Noland; his children, Steve Bireline (Tammy) of Adair, Linda Mackrill (Kurk) of Adair and Lori Westergaard of Adair; his grandchildren, Wes, Jenny Mackrill of Waukee, Jason Huss and Amanda Bireline of Casey; his children, Tracy Mackrill of Adair, Marcus of Adair, Stef Fagan (Bireline) of Adair, Chris of Adair, Tessa Bireline of Adair, Andrew Mackrill (Rebecca Wallace) of Adair, Brett Westergaard (Taylor Paulsen) of Casey, Alex, Emma Bireline of Adair, Brenna Westergaard (Brett Trecker) of Rosell and Connor Westergaard of Ankeny; his great grandchildren, Cydney Shriver (Eric) of Harlan, Saige Huss of Avoca, Hauper, Sayer Bireline-Huss of Casey, Monroe of Adair, Nixon of Adair, Lettie Fagan of Adair, Reu of Adair, Beau Bireline of Adair and Banks Bireline of Adair; and his great great grandchild Ezra Shriver. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
