He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ulrich. He is survived by: his mother Verlee Ulrich (Trent) of Adel; and his sisters, Sharyl Traylor (Dan) of Lexington, KY, Denise Dorsett (Bill) of Panora and Darla Gibson (Dennis) of Adel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
