It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hamilton in Adair, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Fred and Clara Miller; and his brother-in-law Robert Miller. He is survived by: his wife Margery Ann Miller; his children, Lieutenant Commander Andrew Hamilton (Andrea) and Jill Parker (Rob) of La Crosse, Wisc.; his grandchildren, Colton, Finley, Jaxson Hamilton and Eleanor "Nori" Parker; his brothers, Jeffery Hamilton (Estrelita) of California and Marc Hamilton (Mischelle) of Van Meter; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Cervenka (Ken) of Fairfax, Jane Schorer Meisner (Joe Meisner) of Urbandale and Sheryl Miller of Adair; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Hamilton (Jessica), Devin Hamilton (Megan), Tommy Schorer (Kari), Megan Schorer, Jenny Flores (Jerry), Becca Hamilton and Vanessa.

Memorials may be made to the family to direct to causes important to Dave.
