He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Grubbs and Clara Grubbs (Fries); his wife Marjorie Kirchhoff; his former wife Dorothy Baxter; his daughter Jolene; his great grandchild Anthony; his siblings, Raymond (Margaleen Grubbs), Eldon Grubbs, Merle (LaRue Grubbs), Geraldine Grubbs, Freda (Clifford Thomas), Richard (Kay Grubbs) and Annabelle Grubbs; and his parents-in-law, Glen, Dorothy Wedemeyer, Lloyd Kirchhoff and LaVerne Kirchhoff.
He is survived by: his son Darwin Grubbs (Peggy) of Adair; his grandchild Dari Grubbs; his great grandchildren, Darvon, Tyson, Hogan and Kari Sneller (Robb); his son Myron Grubbs (Becky) of Adair; his granddaughter Michelle Adams (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Ian, Cora and Melanie Kempf (Bruce); his daughter Marlene Huss (Randy) of Adair; his grandson Travis Huss (Stacy); his great grandchildren, Jerzee, Brystol and Stacy Richter (Jon); his daughter Sharlene Magill (Terry) of Red Oak; his grandchild Shanon Knaus (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Cole, Brynn and Terence Magill; his son Boyd Grubbs (Cindy) of Adair; his grandson Joe Grubbs (Kathlene); his great grandchildren, Evan, Kelsey and Joshua Grubbs (Nicole); his son Rodney Grubbs (Connie) of Casey; his grandchildren, Joelle, Tatum and Quinn; his son Leland Grubbs (Joanie) of Adair; his granddaughter Samantha Brown (Josh); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Garrett and Avery; his grandchildren, Austin and Naomi; his daughter Lorene Grubbs (Brian Rumple) of Casey; his brother LaVerne Grubbs; his sister-in-law Connie Kirchhoff; and also, Rylie, Aiden, Ava, Jesse Grubbs (Jessica), Granger, Greta, Ellison, Blaire, Monica Blay (Bryant), Berkley, Corbin, Payton, Mersadez, Carter, Camdyn, Toni Robbins (Aaron), Gracyn, Aryanne, Zane, Owen, Tristan Magill (Crystal), Mick Magill, Nick Magill (Chelsee), Mykinzie, Max, Bryant, Alexis, Brooklyn, James Grubbs (Alannah Olson) and Jenna Grubbs. He is also survived by 9 children, 24 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren.
