We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2025, at the age of 73, Alan L Elgin of Adair, Iowa, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Eva Elgin, Edgar and Mildred Winn; his mother Alice Elgin; and his nephew Michael Elgin.
He is survived by: his wife Shanee Elgin (Frohling) of Adair; his children, Tori Elgin (Bruce Hartger) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Tyler Elgin (Christy Wester) of Tenino, Washington; his granddaughters, Lexi Knutsen of Anamosa, Logan Knutsen of Cedar Rapids and Danielle Pickett of Tenino, Washington; his great grandchild Baylor Rae; and his brothers, Bill Elgin (Betty), Les Elgin (Theresa) and John Elgin (Rita).
Memorials may be directed to the Alan Elgin Family to be designated at a later date in memory of his name.
