He is survived by: his former wife Judith Caryl Crook; his wife Judy Phillips; his children, Curtis Phillips (Mary), Jean Benge (Cliff Tucker) and Don Phillips (Marie); and his siblings, Mable Wood and Jimmy Phillips (Ester). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
