She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna D Bunte Oelmann and Gustav H. Oelmann; her grandmother Kathryn Oelmann Leona; her children, James M. Hunt and Jean Ann Kolthoff (Rod); her grandchildren, Jason W. Hunt (Michelle), Joseph M Hunt (Misty) and Jamie A Rae (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Carrinton G Hunt, Alayna N. Hunt, Jadyn M. Rae, Jenika J. Rae, Jaxon M. Hunt and Jordyn M. Hunt; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Courtney, Isabel and Mary Ann Winters; her husband Merlem; her brother Warren Oelmann; and her sister-in-law Marge Oelmann. She was also cherished by Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church in Ackley.
