He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd L. Larson and Helen McClintock Larson; his brother Garvin; his daughter-in-law Sherri Larson; his siblings-in-law, Allan Odegard and Donna Larson; and his in-laws, Beulah and Raymond Odegard.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Todd of Boynton Beach, FL, Thor (Dalissa) of Waverly, IA and Kirstie Poppe (Mark) of Rochester, MN.; his grandchildren, Dane Larson (Meghan) of Woodbury, MN, Eric Larson (Courtney) of Ankeny, IA, Levi Poppe (Alli) of Waseca, MN, Krissa Klein (Brody) of Solon, IA, Cade Poppe of Rochester, MN and Brig Poppe of Lacrosse, WI.; his children, Raymond, Harriet Larson of Woodbury, MN, Nora and Victor Larson of Ankeny, IA.; and his stepgrandchildren, Kim Buening, Keith Adair and Darrick Adair.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church (121 Prospect Dr, Ackley, IA 50601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in his honor.
