He is survived by: his wife Janice Cobie; his daughter Brenda Torsky (John) of Polk City; and his grandchildren, Jacob Torsky (Monica) of Altoona and Stephanie Torsky (Josh Obernolte) of Waukee, Iowa..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sietsema Funeral Home (501 10th Ave, Ackley, IA 50601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ackley United Methodist Church (416 Hardin St, Ackley, IA 50601).
