He is survived by: his wife Margo Ann Avilla; his children, Rodney Pacheco, Randy Kapu and Brandy Kapu Sanchez; his stepdaughters, Jolin and Sammi-Lynne Avilla; and his siblings, William, Herbert, Dennis Avilla, Lorna Avilla and Cathy Pua. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
