He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luis Santiago and Roberta Apostol Santiago; his children, Rowina, Normita and Ederlina; his wife Gumersinda; his children, Jennifer Marie, Jessica Theresa and Jerome Michael; his sons-in-law, Melbourne and Bryan; and his grandchildren, Jeneal Marianne Elyssa, Jeiden Paul Miquel and Jeirold Rafael Mikyle. He was also cherished by his wife and his youngest child, leaving his two eldest children and one grandchild.
