He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jason Booth (Maria) of Waimea and Natasha Booth of Enid, OK; his mother Frances Booth; and his siblings, David Booth of Liberal, KS, Laban Booth (Brenda) of Liberal, KS, Carrie Booth (Dennis), Jenny Bloomfield of Liberal, KS and Patricia Galbreath (Richard) of Lebanon, MO. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
