He is survived by: his wife Iwalani Case of Waimea; his children, Donald Case Jr. (Malia) of Waimea, Donalle Cazimero (Kahana) of Waikoloa, Donalyn Nihipali of Mountain View and Kekai Case (Pumehana) of Kawaihae; and his siblings, Richard Case (Camille), William Case (Delma), Lloyd Case (Keomailani) of Waimea, Norman Case of Hilo and Piilani Staszkow Fraser of Kailua, Oahu. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
