She is survived by: her children, Moses Tavares of Ahualoa, HI., Marlon Tavares of Las Vegas, NV., Melony Tavares (Alton Kaono) of Waimea, Mindy, Carey Guerpo of Kalopa, Madalyn Tavares (Shadrach) of Oahu and Makalapua Merit (Shawn) of Waimea; and her brothers, Richard Riveira (Leilani) of Oahu and Michael Riveira of Oahu. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
