She is survived by: her husband Curtis Takaoka; her children, Tammy Roloos (AJ), Brandon Carvalho, Shanon Makekau M. D. (Marc) and Kari Takaoka; her siblings, James Carvalho, Michael Carvalho, Joseph Carvalho, Elizabeth Onaka and Emelia Calica; and her grandchildren, Jayden, Courtney, Tayler, Rynn, Maila and Kai.
