He is survived by: his parents, Tony Pico and Bessie Pico; his wife Rachel Pico; his children, Charles Pico Jr (Jamescy) of Calvin Pico and Charlene Nascimento; and his brother-in-law William. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
