He is survived by: his parents, Richard Treptow and Lorna Treptow (IN); his significant other Heidi Siefkas; his mother-in-law Linda Sue Treptow; his sisters, Lesley Hackett (MN) and Linda Biery (PA); and also Jim Siefkas (HI). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
