He is survived by: his children, David Hulama of Round Rock, TX. and Karen Hulama of Honolulu; his mother Annie Hulama of Hilo; his siblings, Michael Hulama Sr. of Honolulu, Gerard Hulama Sr. (Nova) of Kaua, Jesse Hulama Sr. of Pepeekeo, Stanford Hulama Sr. (Linda) of Hilo, Rowena Silva (Ronald) of Hilo, Joanne Hulama of Hilo and Faye Williams of Hilo; and his grandchildren, Kaili, Ikaika Featheran, Hailey, Hanna and Derek Hulama. He is also survived by aunt, cousins, nieces and nephews.
