She is survived by: her children, Kris Kosa-Correia (Ed) of Honokaa, Karen Kosa (Lindsay Bemis) of Gig Harbor, Laurine Kosa (Mike Spoor) of Cle Elum, Washington and Jon Kosa of Clinton, Washington; and her brother Paul Tanzer (Marilyn) of Canby, Oregon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
