He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Kahenaaukai Kahele Bryant and Joseph Keoho Bryant Sr.; and his siblings, Joseph "Akule Joe" Bryant Sr., John Bryant Sr., Mary "Honey" Yadao, Iwane Gray, Ellen "Baby Ellen" Bryant and Esther Gilman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Charlie" Bryant Sr. (Lani) of Hauula, James "Pua" Bryant (Francis) of Las Vegas, Bobo Paku of Honolulu and Jeanette Medeiros (Hilo) of Mountain View. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
