It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcia Jean Phelps (Volcano, Hawaii), born in Olympia, Washington, who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Phelps and Judy Phelps of Olympia; and her sister Chrissie Phelps (Dean Evans) of Volcano. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts & uncles.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marcia may be made to the Cooper Center in Volcano and/or the Volcano Community Association.
