She is survived by: her children, Michael Alatan of Honolulu, HI, Gerald Alatan of Pepeekeo, HI, David Alatan of Hilo, HI, Laura Fontes of Keaau, HI, Verna Alatan of Pepeekeo, HI and Nancy Areola (Arnold) of Keaau, HI; her children-in-law, Ellsworth Fontes of Hilo, HI and Stephanie Clark of Hilo, HI; her sisters, Caridad Leyson of Pepeekeo, HI and Flora Reyes of Pepeekeo, HI; and her brother-in-law Simfroso Comilang of Honolulu, HI. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
