He was predeceased by: his grandmother Neliah Hopper. He is survived by: his husband Andrew Preston Spencer; his pets, Alana and Isabella; his parents, Robert Bell, Sr. and Holly Hall Goddard; his stepfather David Goddard; his brother Lonnie Goddard; his grandfather Carl Hopper; and his nephew Oliver Goddard. He is also survived by friends, family and co-workers.
