He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Dean Pagan (Trina), Douglas Pagan, Charlene Almont (John) and Evonne Rodrigues of Maui; and his sister Armenia Broff. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 21 great- grandchildren, 5 great-great- grandchildren.
