He is survived by: his wife Renee Crivello of Papaikou; his children, Thomas Crivello of Papaikou and Jamie Crivello of Papaikou; his sister AnnMarie Pacyao (David) of Hilo; and his siblings-in-law, Celeste Volivar-Frye of Costa Rica and Noel Volivar (Wendy) of Hilo.
