He is survived by: his children, Jacob Alicuben (Monica) of Yokosuka, Mandy Alicuben of Ewa Beach, Megan Sakamoto (Nick) of Waipahu and Lea Gushiken (Ivan) of Pahoa; his father Jacky Alicuben of Hilo; his siblings, Nolan Alicuben (Lori) of Hilo, Jacklyn Spencer (Rudy) of Hilo and Kelley Ishii (Ronne) of Keaau; and also Japan. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles.
