He is survived by: his parents, Stanly Redwy Ari Tahutini of Paea, Tahiti and Helene Teupoohuitua of Paea, Tahiti; his children, David Vetea Vairea Tahutini of Hilo, Wallace Manuarii Tahutini of Hilo, Hawaii and Felicia Tauhere Tahutini of Bellevue, Washington; and his siblings, Jules Teehuotoa Tapea of Punaauia, Tu Tapea of Punaauia, Maehaa Tapea of Paea, Jhon Tapea of Paea, Tahiti, Haamoura Tapea of Paea, Tehaurai Tapea of Paea, Delphine Annie Tapea of Paea and Vaihere Tahutini of Paea, Tahiti. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous uncles, aunties, and cousins.
