He is survived by: his wife Karen Guadiz of Pahoa; his daughters, Robyn Mathews (Eldon) of Pahoa and Zeneen Hoover of Washington; and his sisters, Anita Illagan of Honolulu, Bernice Modjeska of Arizona, Jenny Rutherford of Washington and Liz Franco of Oahu. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
