He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Fragas of Pahoa, HI; his children, Cara Kaneshiro (Todd) of Hilo, HI, Candice Fragas (Garry Kaawa) of Ka and Lewyllen Fragas, Jr. (Jacqueline Van Blarcom) of Papaikou, HI; his mother Mary Fragas of Hilo, HI; his brothers, Harding Fragas (Michelle) of Keaau, HI and Harlen Fragas (Leona) of Hilo, HI; his mother Lei Pae of Oahu; and his brother-in-law Dave Eaglin of Hilo, HI. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
