She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Randall "Randy" Fernandez of Papaaloa, Junedale Matsuda of Volcano, Carolyn Martin, Jr. (Alfonso "Bradda") of Kalaheo, Kauai Kaluahine and Desiree Kaluahine (Clyde) of Hanamaulu, Kauai; her siblings, Charles Saragosa of Hilo, Albert Toralba (Lynelle) of Milolii, Margie Carter of Kalaheo, Evon Seyer (Cory) of Nevada, Molly McRight (Roy) of Kona and Mona Costa (Delbert) of Laupahoehoe; her siblings-in-law, Ernest Thomas of Hilo, Sam Thomas of Hilo, Leonard Midallia (Claire) of Laupahoehoe, Lyla Midallia of Hilo, Lorraine Acdal (Kenneth) of Paauhau and Linda Midallia of Ookala; her husband Harold Fernandez; and her great grandchild Caleigha Jean Fernandez. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
