He was predeceased by: his parents, Lodesta Tuggle and Joe Lee Tuggle; his sister Beatrice Fritts (Ronnie); and his child Darryl L. Tuggle. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty J. Webster, Samuel Tuggle and Daniel Tuggle; his children, Kerry V. Tuggle of Mililani, Eric A. Tuggle (Anne) of Simpsonville, Sherise L. Brown of Simpsonville, Sonya Y. Rosemond of Duncan and Rosalynn J. Tuggle of Austin; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth M. Tuggle of Sierra Vista; and his grandchildren, Darryl L. Tuggle, Anthony R. Tuggle (Vanessa) and Nathan J. Tuggle.
