He was predeceased by: his wife Donnalene. He is survived by: his children, Blaise De Mello (Stacy), Daine De Mello (Kelcie), Lisa Cuttie (Alika) and Anela Hoopai; and his grandchildren, Jaymen, Nalu, Aja, Sean, Shania, Mia, Alyssa, Kalia, Malika, Dallas, Kanoa, Rayne, Ayden, Kulia and Brennan.
