He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Burgess (Macanas); his wife Madelene "Lena"; his sons, Casey (Mary) and Corey; his granddaughters, Zoey and Macey; and his siblings, Leimomi Silva (Doug), Evonne Miyahira (James), Michael Ferreira (Darlene), Kenneth Ferreira (Janet) and Philip Ferreira (Dee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
