It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Bechard (Lihue, Hawaii), born in Waterville, Maine, who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie and Toni; and his sister Reinette Bechard Couture. He is survived by: his wife Luvimin; his former wife Elizabeth Ann St; and his children, Ann Bechard Stahl of Ergershiem, Beth Bechard Mills of Gainesville and Alan Arthur Bechard of Clarksville. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as his niece and two nephews.
