He is survived by: his wife Jane Otomo of Laupahoehoe; his son Derek Otomo (Anna Almazan); and his siblings, Bob Otomo (Linda) of Hilo, Walter Otomo (Carmen) of Hilo, Fujiko Mitsunaga of Honolulu, Hisako Tanaka (Isao) of Hilo, Nellie Tanaka of Fairfield and Jane Tamashiro (Isao) of Pearl City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
